The Story
“I have social phobia, and I chose a career in sales to overcome this challenge after graduating. Initially, I engaged in domestic sales, but I couldn’t continue and quit after 3 months. However, I didn’t give up and kept exploring until I found a suitable career in Foreign Trade, which involves contacting clients through emails rather than face-to-face interactions. When I adopt an English name and communicate in a non-native language, I feel like I transform into a cute and brave business person.
Over the past 8 years of work, I haven’t become a great salesperson, but I have learned the value of responsibility through these experiences. Especially when dealing with people we’ve never met before, the way we handle business reflects on our products.
Thank you to my partner Zhang, I feel fortunate to have the chance to start my own company, and I’m greatly encouraged by the intriguing stories behind the brands I encountered during my previous work. I believe we will do better in our entrepreneurial journey.”

“Yao is just like my little sister. I met her in 2019, and although we haven’t been in frequent contact since then, one day she reached out to me seeking help with a purchase order from her customer. Her company didn’t want to deal with the demanding client, and they wanted her to give up on the opportunity. However, Yao didn’t want to let go, and she turned to me for assistance in completing the order. I was more than willing to help, and when I saw her determination, it reminded me of myself when I started my first eyewear factory 23 years ago. Back then, I was filled with passion and cherished every customer who put their faith in us.
I suggest Yao join my company and allow her to establish her own team. I know she has the capability and firmly believe in her potential for success, and I understand that a company that has been around for over 20 years will quickly become mediocre and stagnant without fresh blood. Now, the collaboration with new clients is entirely entrusted to Yao’s company, and we have established new eyewear and lens factories in Jiangxi to better align with our development. ”
